I can’t get a bank account currently due to problems I had with a bank over a year ago… yes, I am now in ChexSystems. I tried a couple of PrePaid Debit cards at first, then I finally settled on All Access/NetSpend for one reason: A savings account. I got a NICE return on my savings account recently (then I had to drain it to fix my car… bummer.)
