One of the complaints that many people have about dealing with ChexSystems is: How do I contact them? There are several ways to contact ChexSystems. One of them is to use their Website.
Unfortunately, the ChexSystems website does not allow you to easily submit questions to them. Instead, the Website provides some information about consumer reports, as well as a Web interface to allow you to order a copy of your ChexSystems consumer report (which we recommend that everyone do!).
